V Three Studios is proud to have collaborated with Great Heart Brewing to bring a Bavarian-inspired brewery and bierhall to Olivette, Missouri. The project involved transforming an 8,000-square-foot space into a vibrant community hub that seamlessly blends traditional European aesthetics with modern brewing facilities.

Drawing inspiration from the traditional beer halls of Germany and Switzerland, the interior design features stained concrete floors, walnut wood paneling, and a large open bar backed by brass serving tanks and European taxidermy. A mezzanine overlooks the bar area, providing patrons with a vantage point to observe both the authentic German-made brewhouse and the outdoor patio.

The facility encompasses a production brewery, tasting room, restaurant space, exterior patio, commercial kitchen, and merchandise sales area. The brewery focuses on crafting small-batch European-style ales and lagers, emphasizing traditional German beers such as pilsners and lagers. Complementing the beer selection, the culinary offerings include fresh Alpine-fusion cuisine, featuring small plates, boards, house-made pastas prepared with locally sourced meats and produce.

This collaboration with Great Heart Brewing reflects V Three Studios' commitment to creating spaces that honor tradition while embracing contemporary design elements, resulting in a unique destination for the Olivette community.
