Bringing people back to shared, collaborative spaces to work and learn together means that many building owners will need to update their facilities. V3 Principal Kurt Kerns recently contributed an article to Retrofit Magazine detailing how.

The Tenderloin Room Profiled in Restaurant Development + Design

The Tenderloin Room, a classic St. Louis restaurant that the V3 team had the privilege of working on, was profiled in Restaurant Development + Design magazine, who interviewed Design Principal Gabe McKee about the restaurant’s refreshed interior.

A mainstay of the St. Louis fine-dining scene for decades, The Tenderloin Room came under new ownership last year when the longtime family-owned restaurant was sold to a group of well-known local restaurateurs.

That team hired V Three Studios, also of St. Louis, to refresh the space. “They really wanted to see if they could elevate and modernize the look of the space while keeping the historic beauty that is there in elements like the woodwork,” says Gabe McKee, design principal with V Three.
